Notes:
Jackpot! Tax rebates and other extra income helped me skyrocket to record highs. House values for my area continue to appreciate at a steady pace, and the stock market keeps my retirement fund steady. I did make one major purchase for April: a new prime lens for the SLR camera. It's high-end and needed for portraits/photo shoots. It's an expensive piece of glass, but I scored a relatively good deal on it, and as the value of lens hardly ever goes down, it's a sound investment in case I ever need to sell it again. (Hope not!) I don't think there will be any more drastic changes coming up (unless a new freelance job weasels its way in). I've actually been trying to meet new people instead of devoting time to work, so I don't plan on the net worth doing anything too crazy for a while.
