| At the halfway pole, net worth has accrued fairly. I was expecting some freelance checks to come in but it looks like those will have to wait until July. Those will boost me up quite a bit.
With mortgage rates at historic lows, I'm in the crouching position waiting to pounce on a refinance for 3.5% at zero cost. It's within spitting distance, but not quite there yet. I would love to be able to save $250/month but I'm not going to pay extra to achieve it! I'll let you know if anything develops on that front.
Going to park some of my savings in the online account for the rest of the year so I can earn a little more in interest. I just sits there so why not take advantage? That's all the goals I've got for now. |
