Notes:
Everything continues to move in the right direction, well with the exception of that pesky Black Friday debt. Good thing it only comes around once a year. Holiday shopping is mostly completed, in addition to picking up a few discounted things for myself. Once again I had no major expenses such as a new computer or vehicle for this year so I could stretch the budget a bit. Stocks have been on a tear, so the retirement fund continues to gain. House prices keep appreciating in my area due to high demand and low supply. And the bank account balances continue to swell with the extra funds coming in. It's quite the trifecta. I may have a couple year-end gigs that will add to the totals, as well as potential year-end bonuses, and of course the annual dividends from the Roth IRA. I'm also looking at decreasing a few expenses, such as "cutting the cord" to cable TV and just installing an over-the-air antenna ($45/month savings) and switching to a new cellular plan ($20/month savings). Of course the new health plan is already pending ($180/month savings) with continued plans to start an HSA and transfer my 401k to an SEP. Optimization will be key!
