| Well no sooner did the month start than my superiors hand me a bunch of extra carrots for all the work I've put in the last 2 months. They're also looking to hire an extra developer, which helps ease the pain of 10-12 hour workdays. More freelance was completed as well, but I still have yet one of the big jobs to complete. It's only 2 years late, but I'm glad they've been patient about it!
House values have shot through the roof like nobody's business. I'm not sure if the value is quite as high as Zillow is claiming, but with where I live, it's probably not too far off. As far as other property values are concerned, most things have depreciated but I added another handheld radio to the sheet. (Yep, this new hobby is for real!)
