All retirement accounts are now funded for the year. I'll probably add some to the brokerage account later on, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. Got the tax refunds so we're all good there.
Not much else to report except a stupid car repair bill (which wasn't even a repair, just an expensive misdiagnosis on the battery *sigh*). Also splurged on a couple personal things for health and home but nothing crazy.
You probably heard the insane real estate price appreciation taking place, but I'm continuing to keep a lid on aggressive increases to my official net worth, I'll let it creep up slowly as long as the values remain elevated, but I like to stay cautious in case it suddenly swings the other direction.
Can't say there's much else exciting, so I'll stop here. But I like the direction we're headed! |
