Notes:
Just seems like there's no stopping this upward momentum, the likes of which has never been witnessed. Cash is up, stock market up, houses WAY up, even personal assets up! I can't say these rates of increases will be sustainable, but I won't even begin to guess if/when it might stop and reverse course.

The big purchase for the month was a new iPad Pro 12.9" M1 tablet, replacing the older one that's been suffering from issues for too long. It's nice to have a fully working device again. Of course this is for business so it's a decent write-off, and will likely be the only hardware I buy this year. A new laptop and/or camera will have to wait until 2022.

Not much more to share, just going through the usual motions and routines. A few extra music/computer gigs have been coming through, which always helps of course but nothing that trumps what stock markets and property values have done for me. Maybe that "7-figures-by-age-45" goal isn't so ridiculous after all.
