Notes:
Stocks have bounced back on track, while everything continues its usual steady pace. Unfortunately there wasn't any rental income this month, plus turnover expenses north of $800, but new tenants have just moved in and rent will be $200/month higher than before, padding that cash flow. Luckily some extra business income this month made up the shortfall.

By Personal Capital's estimates, I've already hit the seven-figure mark, but that's due to elevated real estate prices. All RE equity here on NetworthShare is calculated by a "moving average" which often lags behind recent pricing, but it's a less volatile method that keeps the net worth line from zig zagging during times of fluctuation. If home prices stay where they are, the values here will slowly catch up.

In any case, what's listed here is the "official" net worth. I don't see much else in the way of extra income for the rest of the year, which means I probably won't "officially" hit 7 figures until February or March (provided the economy holds). That will be just in time for the 20-year anniversary of beginning my financial savings journey (May 2002). Will we make it? Your guess is as good as mine!
