Notes:
OK that's more like it. This direction in net worth is something we can all agree on! Besides stocks giving investors a reprieve, just continuing to accumulate in the usual fashion.

The next round of expenses will be a mini refresh of certain areas inside my residence, namely the kitchen and entry stairs. It's looking like a $10-15K job that should kick off in November. I should have most of that secured by the end of the year, I'm just hoping the labor won't be drawn out, as I know contractors have been stretched thin here and there.

Although home prices are now starting to retreat, my slow-drip accumulation method allows a continued increase in values, although that may slow in the coming months if further drops are in the cards, which I don't doubt will continue for at least a little longer.

Some smaller expenses may be coming up in the next few months but nothing that should move the needle too much. Up is the preferred direction after all! We'll see what transpires.
