Notes:
Now that's more like it. Markets advanced in the proper direction for October, which is all the better since my remaining limit orders triggered during the early low points, and the value has been up ever since. What timing!

You may have noticed quite a jump in credit card debt. The computer hardware equipment has been purchased, setting me back over $2,000. But the nice thing is adding to the Personal Property to minimize the hit, although to be fair I had to depreciate some older items.

But we're just getting started. The home renovation begins in mid-November and it's gonna be a doozy. It'll probably end up costing around $14,000 when all is said and done. Plenty of cash to fund this charade though, plus the rest of the year's income will keep net worth steady so no drastic changes are predicted. I'll take it.

As if that wasn't enough, I'm dealing with my 2nd turnover regarding the Arizona rental, costing around 6-8 weeks of income, but that's how these things go. The particular local market isn't doing so hot, causing asking rent to pull back a bit, but cash flow is still very positive so I can't knock it. That whole area was way overheated anyway.

Once the new year comes around I hope to have all these expenses and lack of rental income behind me, and along with a hopefully improved market, the net worth ascension can continue. But the future is always a crap shoot.
