Notes:
The new year starts off as well as it can. HSA has been funded for 2023, and the Roth IRA has moved to DCA contributions for now while the main account builds back up. Income has moderately shifted upwards due to major tax bracket inflation, making for a nice little bump.

Repairs keep popping up at the rental, which is annoying but the place is 10 years old so some of the deferred maintenance is finally catching up to itself. I continue taking care of it all to keep happy tenants.

Most of the kitchen refresh is finally complete, save for installing some roller shelves which will likely be the final expense in that arena. It's nice to have an immaculate kitchen once again so totally worth the cost, but I gotta cool it on those kind of expenses for a while. My goals for the next 12 months center around savings and growth, especially as a shield to any recession that may be lurking around the corner. I may also focus on cleaning out stuff in the garage and selling a few items for a little extra cash as time allows.

Keep on keepin' on is all I can do!
