Notes:
Nothing too exciting to report, besides crossing another $100,000 threshold. Both my residence and rental properties continue to climb, which creates the illusion of an exceptional net worth. When it comes to liquid net worth, I'm hoping to cross the $500K mark by the end of the year, which will put me in a good spot.

I continue to be on the lookout for various 2024 upgrade paths. A new camera (Canon R5 Mark II) in the summer, a new laptop (MacBook Pro M4 Max) in the fall, and then hopefully a new ride (MY2025) late this year or into next, depending on a bunch of factors and availability. Cost of ownership will increase substantially on the latter so I'm not chomping at the bit for a new vehicle at the moment, even though I have a 50% downpayment ready.

Will check in for the midyear report on the next round!
