Notes:
Career: I'm finishing up the more doable thing from last month and another thing I've been procrastinating on. After that I'll likely move back to the project that is still way too big for me. I need to focus on doing things in the right order at work instead of procrastinating needlessly on some things to be productive in others.

Life: Husband still sleeps early and wakes up at 6:30 so I'm getting used to starting work earlier now. My cousin's getting married this weekend and I'm really looking forward to it, husband has never attended a wedding in my culture (except for ours which I tried making a hybrid but still ended up being more my culture). We've been isolating for the past week since we'll meet my 1-yr-old nephew at the wedding so just looking forward to being social as well.

Financial: Tech and stocks more generally are doing somewhat well again so I'm a part of the two comma club now. Yay!
I'll file taxes this month and don't expect to pay anything but holding ~15K just in case which is not tracked here.

Health & wellness: Continuing to work out every day. Started paying $140/week for a vegan weekly meal delivery service. I've had a scarcity mindset all my life and it's a big step that I started paying for this. It gives me back time and lessens stress about preparing nutritious food and that's worth the price. I've also been working with my husband to have him understand how the scarcity mindset affects me. He's getting more comfortable with the ways in which I spend money and treat myself.

Yes congrats! The 2 comma club, I like that, ha. labagnel your words about the scarcity mindset caught my attention. I'm familiar with the term but don't know much about it. That defines me exactly! I won't add guacamole to a burger because of the extra $1.50. Sound like you had a win with being able to spend on something that brings value to your life. Any tips or good books/articles for finding a healthy balance when you have a "scarcity mindset" (is that just a euphimism for cheapskate)?

Thanks guys! @mtthomso Haha, my husband's calls me pleb sometimes. I recently listened to Kristy Shen's Quit Like A Millionaire audiobook which talks about scarcity, entitlement, and hoarding mindsets, def recommend for us scarcity minded individuals.
