Career: I'm back at work and doing lots of things very fast but there's a lot to do in order to prepare for a promotion. I'm starting to work closely with smart folks on other teams and this makes me nervous because I haven't done it so much before.
Life: I got sick a month ago, and my partner got sick a couple weeks ago. We're both recovered now and finally sleeping in the same bed again which feels amazing after isolating from each other for weeks.
Financial: I didn't end up selling more of my company stock like I intended but I still have lots of cash from selling last month so there's no hurry. I learned that selling stocks at a gain has no wash sale implications so I can do it anytime (that the trading window is open which is about 67% of the time). I'm now starting to focus on doing taxes.
Health & wellness: I started working out and going to dance classes again where I learned a really cool hand tutting combo last week. I finished a weights program need to start a new one. I'm a third of the way through my cardio add on program and feel pretty on track with yoga. |
