Notes:
Because I took a lower paying job in April 2012,I'm not saving as much and consequently not increasing my net worth. I love the new job and the freedom it gives me is more than worth the pay cut, but I find I'm not as motivated to post my net worth each month. It's not as fun when I only have modest gains. My brother and I are in the process of purchasing a family property that we hope to renovate, rent out and eventually sell. It's a new venture and we'll see how it goes. So far, it's turned out to be more work than expected, but hopefully will yield a nice profit in the future.
