Notes:
End of year 2016. Interesting financial year. Paying rent + construction loan $ for 6 months or so really put a squeeze on cash. We chose an amount we wanted to carry as a mortgage and decided to pay in cash for the rest, so we had a decently sized cash outlay this month. Will be adding a shed and a fence in the first few months of 2017 so cash will still be going down. Now, with a mortgage instead of rent we'll at least be seeing some of our cash going towards principal payments. An anticipated bonus in March will help out for the yearly goal. End of 2017 goal: $1,060,000 Monthly increase needed =$7396 On paper millionaires. It will happen in 2017.
