The reno house really is almost done now. Still should make I imagine something like 80k low end profit on that. minus taxes. possibly as much as 100k. will be nice to have the money spent on it back. cash flies out the window with it lately, just getting it done. i am not sure what to do with the profits yet, if we buy another house to work on we don't have to pay taxes on that. but i could put it in ETFs. we have to pay off the cc, pay off the vehicle, buy me a car. we also have kids study and pantry being done. will have to put floors in that room. would also like to max out the IRA i have this year, usually we have used that money instead for the other houses. haven't contributed in a while. 401k went up this month because a percent of my bonus goes in quarterly.
