| Sold a couple of high-growth tech stocks that made a good amount of money. Figured it was time to pull some chips off the table. Getting some cash ready for a large house remodel that will start later this summer. Not crazy about the money it will require but think it will be a good investment on two fronts: not having to move and the driving the resale value in a good housing market. |
