| House remodel will be completed by 12/17, just in time for the Christmas holiday. This has gone over budget, but will substantially increase the house's value. I can probably get 50% more than what I show as the value but might wait until I have an appraisal done early next year. After this, need to get laser-focused again on accumulating cash and thinking about investments for 2022. |
