Notes:
Tax returns are in and put them into emergency fund. Zillow dropped the house value significantly so we went and talked to the county assessor to make sure that we get a fair assessment this year but we can't do anything until this summer. Another round of student loans will come in this month but the wife is going into her last semester. Gas prices are climbing and that is hurting our budget already. We originally were able to do $200 a month and it is up about $50 already I am afraid what will happen this summer. I might half to take a part time job just to cover gas.
