Home value dropped another 15k. That could be good and bad news. A lot of the foreclosed houses are selling so the quicker they sell the quicker property value will start to go back up. CC is high due to us taking advantage of some promotions but we are still paying off every month. Also I am in the midst of remodeling the bathroom so those expense are on there. Student loan debt keeps going up but I used tax return to cancel an unsubsidized loan this semester so that will save 6% over 20 years. Wife is starting to car pool twice a week so that will save $30 a month??
