Notes:
June was a pretty uneventful month. Since I do not escrow my property taxes thru my lender, I have to pay the municipalities on a quarterly basis. Almost $2000 in property tax payments for this installment. I also paid $1500 of my student loan down. I have been putting $1500 a month towards it for a few months now. I am looking to knock that out before the year's end. I also had the O2 sensor on my car die to the tune of $441. AS usual, I was able to put a big chunk into my 401K and will continue to max that out. We are looking to add a second bathroom shortly, so over the next month I will be pulling $17,500 out of our savings to do so. Hopefully, I will be able to add at least $17,500 of value to our house, making it a 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Next month I plan on making an IRA contribution and purchasing more Vanguard 500 Index fund for my personal brokerage acct.
