Moved into the new place, generating some income, and hopefully will rent out the fifth space to be solidly cash flow positive. Stocks have risen again. There will likely be more Renovation payments for the office space. I have added the renovation cost to the purchase price for value of real estate. I have not included the initial 50,000 investment made into the building.We purchased flights to Europe which accounts for the large credit card bill.The new clinic is up and running and generating cash, but is not yet reflected in the above as it has not paid out dividends.
