Stocks have risen again. I sold a significant amount of stocks in order to pay down payment on a rental property which will close May. It should in all likelihood start cash flow positive, in a good area with likely solid steady appreciation. Rezoning in process, hopefully less headache than the office space (fingers crossed).
There will likely be one more Renovation payment for the office space.
The new clinic is up and running and generating cash, but is not yet reflected in the above as it has not paid out dividends. |
