|Another busy month.|
Upper unit of rental property rented at 2000 plus utilities. We got the variance which is great, so we are now completing renovations on bottom unit which we hope will be rented by August. Having difficulty getting a mortgage on the rental because of how the holding company is owned. Hopefully will sort that out soon. That way can repurchase approximately 200k in equities.
Found a fifth renter at the office building, so it is now heavily cash flow positive and can start paying down debt.
