Notes:
Thanks ECB for more can kicking. That's how you end a month! Bam, the best June in 19 years. Credit Cards are paid off every month OK. I need a strategy that I am going to stick with for a while. We bought my wife a new SUV -- Mercedes Benz ML350...Artic White with Almond Beige interior. The last SUV was 8 years old and we owned it for 6.5 years with 135,000 miles. The AC was on and off the tires where shot, the breaks bad and the struts blown. Yes, I know this was not the best financial decision but I can defend the decision by saying this. We are safer and our quality of life is better because of the decision. It will be important to keep this beauty for 7+ years. Now, the financial strategy will be to pay this off before we upgrade our other car that is 7 years old with 140,000 miles. I think if we (I) focus we will have it paid off in 1-2 years. Wish me luck. Other assets are 529 Plans. On page 45
