Notes:
Renovations, as expected, keep inching up in costs as new things need to be replaced, fixed, adjusted or done. The bill adds up and I just got the new shower working as of 28 Feb 17. To keep some costs down, I painted the room after most of the work to the walls was completed. Still haven't received the final plumbing or carpet bill yet... Retirement funds are up again...starting to get worried that a correction is eminent. Credit card balances are up again as reno costs and a business trip to San Diego, CA was charged. Next month will see the debut of my new mortgage amount which is what I'm using to pay for the renovations. Sigh...so many bills. I'll need to be very mindful of costs in the next 6-8 months. Until next month.
