| a lot going on, need to refinance as nabe has put me on a 7.57% interest rate after saying low 6% in our in person meeting. Apparently the property is just getting worth more and more which feels good but i know it will make it harder to buy a hour or commercial property in the future if prices keep rising. Crazy to think i would likely be close to a millionare right now if i was born 10 years earlier but would be worth less then 100k rn if i was born 10 years later. I feel bad for the people coming after me but also wasnt born early enough to capitalise on the insane housing price growth in australia. crypto back up and also 300k, wooo, honestly tho doesnt feel as good as i thought it would. may just be in a mood rn lol. |
