Notes:
We have a new addition to our family! So very happy, excited and a little bit scared all at one time. This brings a whole different level of importance to managing our finances. Decided to take advantage of the recent drop in mortgage rates and refi the loan on our primary residence. 30 year @ 4.375%...doesn't get much better than that! The other nice thing about the refi is it forces us to pay off the second mortgage! We did a great job paying off that balance over the last year and I'm glad to see it go away. The new mortgage will be paid off very slowly...no need to rush at that rate. Debt-to-Assets = 65.42% Legend: "Annuities" = Investment Property Savings (minus security deposits) "Other Assets" = Health Savings Account "Other Real Estate" = Investment Properties (current market values) "Other Mortgage" = Investment Property Mortgages "Credit Cards" = 2nd mortgage
