Notes:
This was the highest rise in the stock market in one month for who knows how long. On January 16th the stock market rose enough that we became Millionaires for the first time. Coincidently, we received Wellmark's first check for Brandon since he started August 1. We have that to process now. It was about 25% lower than we'd thought. Due to cash flow issues prior to receiving that check I had to borrow $2000 from our personal emergency fund. We also paid off more of the Credit Cards, the balances of which were to get the Cedar Rapids office going.nBoth Mary Sue and I were sick with the flu and cough. I was sick for about a month. Ugh. I purchased a Kawai ES110 Digital Piano to take with us to Brandon and Philly's when we watch their children while they go to Hawaii. With a stand and bench it was around $1000. We also moved the piano to face our south wall so it didn't go against our west neighbor. I am practicing more of late. It's a good hobby, especially in the winter months. Also spent $300 on oil changes for both cars and 2 new belts for the Camry and fixed a tire on the Camry.
