Notes:
First net worth calculation in 2 years! It's up about 11% since the tlast one. Need to get better at doing it at least annually. One boost is from a few inheritances my wife received, which is partially why our cash position is so high, until she decides what to do with it. My revenue from my part-time consulting business has been lower as I have shifted to focusing more on work that I enjoy vs. what pays the most. I only work about 20 hours a week. My retired wife is doing some part-time remote contract work for her former employer about 10 hours a week. High interest rates (around 5%) mean we are getting a decent return on cash holdings for the first time in many years. Retirement accounts continue to perform well with the market strong, and our house value has increased about 10% as well. Other assets include cash value of insurance policies, and the balance of a medical reimbursement account from a former employer.
