Notes:
Almost all of my tax refunds from 2010 and 2011 have come back from what I had filed last month. With the amount that I received back, it has allowed me to pay off my USAA cadet loan and allowed me to become completely debt free. It has been a long time since I have reached such a financial state and I plan on remaining in such a state for as long as possible. With that being said, unfortunately, this may not last too long as I am anticipating a PCS move to another location that will require me to pay for some expenses upfront such as hotel lodging, gas and probably one month?s security deposit. Additionally, I am planning a trip for one week that I am sure will require me to use my credit card a little bit. Regardless, I will ensure that any debt that is accumulated will be aggressively paid down. I?ve slowed down a bit on the Tony Robbins motivational audio recordings, but I did receive the book entitled The Intelligent Investor, which I intend to start reading very soon.
