Notes:
As of April 30. The going continues to be tough on the earnings front, but I did manage to grind out a just barely acceptable outturn, and S&I rate of 39.58%. Y-T-D S&I now stands at 32.71%. Passive income for the month was quite decent at $1,234.82 for a Y-T-D figure of $4,718.46. Next month is projected to be a good month for dividends, and I think I am well on track to, at least, achieving my E-O-Y target of $15k. The Jamaican Stock Market seems to have well and truly risen from the comatose state into which it had fallen during the period 2008 - 2010, and relapsed during the period 2012 - 2014. The surge has been unstoppable since the start of the year, and particularly over the last 2 months. It really is long overdue given the absolutely ridiculous valuations the Market has been giving to rock-solid companies in recent years. I believe we are still in the very early stages of a huge upside correction. I'll be picking off the herd as they come in.
