Notes:
Decreases this month in the market. Wow. I wish I would have stayed away from May. That month was brutal and the data keeps getting worst. Really stock market? Really? Who is going to come to the rescue this year? The Fed? Obama? I have a bad feeling about June but maybe the ECB will take its turn. Credit Cards are paid off every month I am saving less for retirement in our 401ks and concentrating on increasing mortgage payoff. We added a deck and are covering a portion. It will add a little to our home value but it will take a wack at our cash to the tune of $10k so far with the another $11k due at completion, hopefully this month. We are going to slow down on our mortgage payoff for 4 months (2 more to go) to boost up our cash. I bought MO with the cash in our tayable brokerage account because I couldn't say no to the 5.2% yeild. We took a trip to FL in my wife's SUV. It was brutal. The car does not run well and the AC went out on our way back. New car time. This will hurt mortgage payoff plans. Other assets are 529 Plans. On page 48
