Notes:
Beginning of new month.. Market volatility continues, with a rather brutle sell off last Friday.
Second Week of June: Repeat of last week, Friday again saw a brutle sell off after inflation numbers surpassed 40 year high! Gold offered some reprieve (exhibiting some of its properties as an inflation hedge). Crypto on the other hand broke below 28K.
Third Wee of June: Oooof .. what a week..inflation numbers continue heading in the wrong direction.. Fed tightening belt.. increase rate by 75 basis points.. largest single hike since 1994! And Markets did not react well.. Impact, NW fell more than 10 % for the year... investments following S&P500 downward trend!
Last Week of June before we head into holidays for 4th of July and Summer break.. Markets finally took a breather! However, on personal front things are a bit in turmoil given the tech downturn with hiring freeze and layoffs.. lets see how thing evolve on the work front in the next couple of months..
