Notes:
Finally cracked the elusive 600k mark this month. It's been a long road since 500k.

Updated HELOC interest rate due to the Fed's July interest rate increase.

Week-long boating vacation this month. Estimating:
$350 truck fuel round-trip
$750 for boat fuel
$300 groceries
$600 drinking/eating out

Actual vacation expenses:
$250 for truck fuel round-trip
$1,300 for boat fuel. We left for the trip low on boat fuel and came home with a full tank**
$2,000 groceries/drinking/eating out/shopping 😲

We stayed 2 days longer than we normally do and I severely underestimated how much we would spend at restaurants/bars.

**We came home with a full tank because we blew up an engine on our last day 😭
That's going to be several thousands to repair. That's a future-me problem I don't want to think about right now.

General boat expenses: $185.82 ($40 was for a boater safety course which might let me shave a bit off my insurance next year, and $32 for a new tool)

Pulled $1000 out of the HELOC to cover vacation. If I hadn't put $1000 into crypto last month, I'd have been okay. I consider it a wash.

Paid off the 2nd half of my dental work this month (HSA).
