So this is what having a net worth of $3M feels like, lol.

Congrats on the milestone!

Congrats!! It is a big deal, but then it's not, right? I know comparison is the thief of joy, and I'll tell anyone who listens: our NW numbers don't truly matter, it's a state of mind. When you have enough to meet your and your family's needs without any worries, you have enough -- and *that* state of mind is the real goal line. Congrats, again! You're winning.

Congrats! Any plans to FIRE in the near future? :) As EV mentioned, "enough" is something that most people will never have, no matter how big their net worth gets. We're close in age and net worth, and after reading your blog, I feel we share similar views in many areas. I believe my health is my most valuable asset, and without it would not be able to enjoy life regardless of how much money I might accumulate. I suspect you feel the same way. Enjoy the milestone, and never lose sight of what's truly important.

Thanks, guys! Especially to EV for stealing my joy, now that I see your staggering net worth, haha! Kidding aside, I'm contemplating taking advantage of IRS Rule 55 since it's only three years away.

Congrats, $3M has always been my number but the closer I get the less adequate it feels to me. It is a state of mind and you should be proud of your accomplishments!
