Notes:
An eventful month. Brian Peterson installed our sliding drawers for the kitchen cabinets. Paul discovered Marcella had way more in her Lakes Regional Bank account and we received $89,000 from that. We think Barb knew the whole time. Marcella's house sold and we received $47,000 for that. We received a settlement from Pekin for the 2007 Lincoln hail damage and bought a 2017 Lincoln Navigator L from Jim Baier Ford in Ft. Madison, Iowa. We drove down there to pick it up and drove back to CR and stayed in a motel and I had training the next day. Nelson Electric finished their work - $2700. I had insulation installed in the therapy room walls - $1600. Andy resigned saying "we're going in different directions." I'm not sure what that means. It'll hurt the pocket book for awhile, but he and Joy's drama will be gone and we won't miss that at all. We had dad's old softener replaced (Neighbors Plumbing and Heating) - $1500. We hit $900,000 in retirement for the first time. Renee wasn't doing well (she was diagnosed with pretty serious cancer) so we watched the kids so Brandon could be with Philly in Council Bluffs. We loaned Emilie $50,000 (added to "bond" in our Assets) so she could get her sewer problems fixed along with a number of other past due projects (recessed window, furnace, air conditioner, flooring in the basement, etc.).
