Notes:
Well everything seems to be taking a hit this month. Car repairs and house repairs exceeded budgets again (arrggh). Supporting a college kid sucks, especially since they have yet to find a summer job, which are amazingly scarce this year. Property value slipped in the last few months mainly because some houses have sold for much less than their sale price in the neighborhood. On the plus side, I've widdled away at the debt, provided nothing too traumatic hits should be debt free other the the mortgage before year end. Then should be able to start saving for the roof, Oh boy!
