Upper unit of rental property rented at 2000 plus utilities. We got the variance which is great, so we are now completing renovations on bottom unit which we hope will be rented by August. Having difficulty getting a mortgage on the rental because of how the holding company is owned. Hopefully will sort that out soon. That way can repurchase approximately 200k in equities. -- update - will be able to but will add some costs to Renos because needs to be compliant with latest fire/sound regulations.
Found a fifth renter at the office building, so it is now heavily cash flow positive and can start paying down debt.
Starting new business venture for phone consults - not yet started but close
Just returned from vacation so personal expenses higher.
Have an accepted offer on primary residence, which if goes through we will move into lower flat in rental unit which will lower costs while we look for another primary residence hopefully at a lower cost than the sale of our home.
