Notes:
Entry: OCTOBER 22, 2014. Temporary charges to credit card for family wedding in Toronto. Will pay off over the next month. Home value went up according to Zillow/Zestimate; likely due to pricier new town homes going up in the area. The home needs lots of fixes/updates (including new washing machine), but I'm committed to having the tenants in within the next couple of months. With the promised 1% salary increase in January, the time is long past for securing additional sources of income. My e-Fund has hit 3 months worth, and with available credit of around 35K, I'm okay with diverting that money elsewhere (home improvements, mortgage debt pay down, and taxable investment accounts). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Home value is updated monthly from Zillow.com/Zestimate (Purchase price was $370K in August 2006). Other Mortgage = HELOC/2nd Mortgage
