| The markets were slightly down this month. The company was up with cash flow overall. We hit $200K at month end in all of the business accounts for the first time. Previous high was $160K last November. Those were 5 WM check Wednesdays. Average the last 17 months is $112K. We had a lot of expenses getting the Eagle Cliff tiny house up and running. We bought a 2019 EZ-GO golf cart ($8090) as the one with the TN was a piece of junk. We spent $1000 on the Jayco camper getting the hail damage fixed from three years ago in addition to the $6000 check from insurance. We spent 2 weeks at Eagle Cliff doing lots of clean up and fix-up and furnishing and decorating and then we went to Taylors Falls camping at Wildwood. We saw Cassi and Family at their church and they came out on Memorial Day. Cindi and Craig camped the last week but weren't able to be out there as much as Cindi had back surgery and a chest cold issues, plus they had work commitments. Randy Covey had a heart operation in Rochester. We stopped in and visited but they didn't camp with us at either place. We rented the office next to our Ames office and added two new people in Ames so we have 6 counselors now (2 are interns for a year). I had an accident in the Walmart parking lot in N. Ames - a 19 year old guy hit me and his insurance is saying it's my fault. My insurance will dispute that. Ugh. The first Sunday in June we are stopping at Paul's in Crosslake and picking up Marcella's 2015 Camry and paying $17,000 for it. That will be reflected in next months entry. MS drove it home. |
