Net zero on cash this month, trying hard to pay down loans. May just pay off the car loan soon, we'll see how house remodeling goes since that's still ongoing. Hint for all, even a good contract only lets you cancel work and get some money back, it doesn't guarantee the job will be done on time or as expected. Retirement is looking good, though when the equity market corrects, it will be an "ouch" moment. Home value is rising because of nearly completed renovation and I believe the general market in the area is going up. I'll look at that harder early next year.
