Stocks have risen again.
There will likely be one more Renovation payment for the office space. I have added the renovation cost to the purchase price for value of real estate. I have not included the initial 50,000 investment made into the building.

We purchased flights to Europe which accounts for the large credit card bill and increase in the line of credit.

The new clinic is up and running and generating cash, but is not yet reflected in the above as it has not paid out dividends.

We have accepted offer in on the two unit rental property but in process of rezoning, so this may take awhile and a lot of headaches but will hopefully be worth it in the long term.
